The annual match against the Trinity GS is scheduled for Thursday 11th June, starting at 2pm. The winning side (Trinity last year) holds the Harrods Putter for the next year.

Matches are open to all members. If you would like to play in a match, please express your interest online. The Match Manager will select a team from those that have expressed an interest and will communicate the selected team and any reserves to all concerned. For this reason, it is not normally possible to pay for matches online; instead, match managers will communicate the appropriate method of payment and the amount.
As regards cost, the more Purley Downs members turn out (for either side), the cheaper it will be for everyone else, because members’ guest rates will apply, and the overall cost will reduce. It is estimated that the maximum likely cost for a non-PDGC member is £45, including sandwiches and chips after the golf.
